Jacq: Yes, even when I was still in school, people have been making fun of it. When you say, “Jacq Yu,” I say, “Jacq me?” It’s a very cheeky name. And catchy, too! Okay siya kaya nga hindi na pinalitan yung name ko for showbiz.

Alex: Do wisecracking men also use it to hit on you?
Jacq: Many times. They say silly stuff like, “Are you really gonna Jacq me?” And I’d say, “No you Jacq me! Don’t you know I have ‘that’ also because I’m from Thailand?” Ha ha! But I’m just kidding—I’ve never been to Thailand!
