It was reportedly around 7:30 night at TV-Patrol that there is a sex video of Angel Locsin that currently circulating. Optical Media Board chairman Edu Manzano encourages the said Filipino actress that let the responsible pay for this. He also confirmed that the girl on the said scandal video is not Angel Locsin but just look-alike of her.
